I’m Vitor G. J. de Carvalho, a technology enthusiast passionate about Artificial Intelligence, software innovation, and digital transformation. My journey so far has been shaped by hands-on experience in both corporate IT leadership and innovation-driven environments, where I combine technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset.
Currently, I work as an IT Leadership Intern at CNH Industrial, where I contribute to strategic initiatives that support global technology operations. Alongside this role, I am part of the Innovation Lab, a team of interns dedicated to experimenting with emerging technologies and building impactful solutions. Within the lab, I serve as Tech Lead for Power Platform, guiding development efforts and helping the team deliver value through low-code automation and applications.
At CNH’s Software Factory (IT Corporate Functions), I serve as the Technical Responsible for AI, where my activities include vendor evaluation, project monitoring, and providing technical support. This role allows me to connect AI initiatives with innovation goals while ensuring solutions meet business needs.
